The education game development team that built “Virulent”, “Crystals of Kaydor”, “Econauts and “At Play in the Cosmos” now is Gear Learning at the University of Wisconsin—Madison.

Building on the work and successes of learning game pioneers Kurt Squire and Constance Steinkuehler, we are excited to continue our quest to transform and revolutionize the way people learn.

From our new home at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research in UW—Madison’s School of Education, we are eager to work with colleagues across campus and partners everywhere to improve educational outcomes for everyone.
